** All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the Ballroom by Wednesday, July 16th at 8pm.

All Exhibitor Shipments must be received at the Advance Warehouse by Wednesday, July 9, 2025. Any shipments received after Wednesday, July 9, 2025 will incur a 10% late fee.

NO Direct Shipments to Hotel.  We have been informed by the Hotel that they will not accept any shipments prior to the show.

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Wednesday, July 9, 2025 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
