** All 10x10 Exhibitor materials must be removed from the Exhibit Hall by Wednesday, December 3rd at 9:00pm. All other Exhibitor and Heavy Equipment must be removed from the Exhibit Hall by Thursday, December 4th at 10:30am.

All Exhibitor Shipments must be received at the Advance Warehouse by Tuesday, November 25, 2025. Any shipments received after Tuesday, November 25, 2025 will incur a 10% late fee.
