All Exhibitor Shipments must be received at the Advance Warehouse by $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D"). Any shipments received after $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D") will incur a 10% late fee.

Shipments should arrive between $event.AdvanceReceivingStartDate.ToString("D") and $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D")
All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 15% late fee
Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D") cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
Direct shipments will be accepted on $event.DirectReceivingStartDate.ToString("D")
