Advance Receiving Dates:: $event.AdvanceReceivingStartDate.ToString("D") - $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D")

All Exhibitor Shipments must be received at the Advance Warehouse by $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D"). Any shipments received after $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D") will incur a 10% late fee.

NO Direct Shipments to Venue. Premier has been informed by the Venue that they will not accept any shipments prior to the show.

** All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the Exhibit Hall directly after the Show closes.

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D") cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
