** All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the Exhibit Hall by Monday October 6th at 7pm.

All Exhibitor Shipments must be received at the Advance Warehouse by Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Any shipments received after Wednesday, October 1, 2025 will incur a 10% late fee.

NO Direct Shipments to Convention Center. Premier has been informed by the Convention Center that they will not accept any shipments prior to the show.

  • (1) Waste Basket
  • Electricity is included

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Wednesday, October 1, 2025 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
