** All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the Exhibit Hall by Saturday, June 6th at 9pm.

All Exhibitor Shipments must be received at the Advance Warehouse by Friday, May 22, 2026. Any shipments received after Friday, May 22, 2026 will incur a 25% late fee.

All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, May 22, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
