** All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the Exhibit Hall by Saturday, October 10th at 3pm.

All Exhibitor Shipments must be received at the Advance Warehouse by Friday, October 2, 2026. Any shipments received after Friday, October 2, 2026 will incur a 10% late fee.

NO Direct Shipments to Convention Center. We have been informed by the Convention Center that they will not accept any shipments prior to the show.
