ALL VENDORS WARMING OR COOKING FOOD IN THEIR BOOTH MUST ALSO COMPLETE & RETURN A "COOKING IN BOOTH NOTIFICATION FORM". THIS INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE FIRE MARSHAL. YOU ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER IN YOUR BOOTH & PROVIDE A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE ACCORDING TO THE FORM. THESE FORMS CAN BE FOUND UNDER RULES & REGULATIONS AT THE TOP CENTER OF THIS PAGE.

** All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the Ballroom by Wednesday, February 25th at 8pm.

All Exhibitor Shipments must be received at the Advance Warehouse by Friday, February 20, 2026. Any shipments received after Friday, February 20, 2026 will incur a 10% late fee.

NO Direct Shipments to Hotel.  We have been informed by the Hotel that they will not accept any shipments prior to the show.

All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 10% late fee

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, February 20, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
