July Buying Summit

ALL VENDORS PROVIDING/SERVING FOOD MUST COMPLETE & RETURN THE VENDOR'S RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION FORM BELOW.  VENDORS UTILIZING EQUIPMENT IN THEIR BOOTH MUST PROVIDE A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE PRIOR TO ONSITE ARRIVAL. ANY VENDOR COOKING/WARMING FOOD IN THEIR BOOTH IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER IN YOUR BOOTH.

If anyone on your team(Coworker, Broker, etc) needs to use the loading dock to load in or out, you must complete & return the Loading Dock Request Form.  THESE FORMS CAN BE FOUND BELOW.

** All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the Ballroom by Wednesday, July 15th at 8pm.

All Exhibitor Shipments must be received at the Advance Warehouse by Friday, July 10, 2026. Any shipments received after Friday, July 10, 2026 will incur a 10% late fee.

NO Direct Shipments to Hotel.  We have been informed by the Hotel that they will not accept any shipments prior to the show.

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, July 10, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
