YOU ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER IN YOUR BOOTH & PROVIDE A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE ACCORDING TO THE FORM. THESE FORMS CAN BE FOUND UNDER RULES & REGULATIONS AT THE TOP CENTER OF THIS PAGE.

** All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the Ballroom by Wednesday, July 16th at 8pm.

All Exhibitor Shipments must be received at the Advance Warehouse by $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D"). Any shipments received after $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D") will incur a 10% late fee.

NO Direct Shipments to Hotel. We have been informed by the Hotel that they will not accept any shipments prior to the show.

Shipments should arrive between $event.AdvanceReceivingStartDate.ToString("D") and $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D")

All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 10% late fee

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D") cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
