** All 10x10 Exhibitor materials must be removed from the Exhibit Hall by Wednesday, December 9th at 9:00pm. All other Exhibitor and Heavy Equipment must be removed from the Exhibit Hall by Thursday, December 10th at 10:30am.

All Exhibitor Shipments must be received at the Advance Warehouse by $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D"). Any shipments received after $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D") will incur a 10% late fee.
