** All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the Exhibit Hall by Tuesday October 6th at 7pm.

All Exhibitor Shipments must be received at the Advance Warehouse by Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Any shipments received after Wednesday, September 30, 2026 will incur a 10% late fee.

NO Direct Shipments to Convention Center. Premier has been informed by the Convention Center that they will not accept any shipments prior to the show.

  • (1) Booth Sign
  • (1) Waste Basket
  • Electricity with a standard power strip is included
  • Flat Panel Monitor with HDMI connectivity and cables

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Wednesday, September 30, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
