** All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the Exhibit Hall by Saturday April 25th at 4pm.

All Exhibitor Shipments must be received at the Advance Warehouse by $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D"). Any shipments received after $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D") will incur a 10% late fee.

NO Direct Shipments to Hotel. Premier has been informed by the Hyatt Regency that they will not accept any shipments prior to the show.

Electric & Internet is NOT included in your booth package and MUST be ordered separately if you need them.

Shipments should arrive between $event.AdvanceReceivingStartDate.ToString("D") and $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D")

All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D") cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
