** All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the Exhibit Hall by Saturday, June 12th at 9pm.

All Exhibitor Shipments must be received at the Advance Warehouse by Friday, May 28, 2027. Any shipments received after Friday, May 28, 2027 will incur a 25% late fee.

  • 10' x 10' booth space (carpet is NOT provided in the exhibit hall)
  • 8' high drape back walls
  • 3' high drapery sidewalls
  • (1) 8' x 2' Skirted Table
  • (2) Chairs
  • (1) Booth Sign

Electric & Internet is NOT included in your booth package and MUST be ordered separately if you need them.

Shipments should arrive between Monday, May 10, 2027 and Friday, May 28, 2027

All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, May 28, 2027 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
