** All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the Exhibit Hall by Thursday October 8th at 4pm.

All Exhibitor Shipments must be received at the Advance Warehouse by Tuesday, October 6, 2026. Any shipments received after Tuesday, October 6, 2026 will incur a 10% late fee.

NO Direct Shipments to the Henrico Sports Complex. PREMIER has been informed by the Sports Complex that they will not accept any shipments prior to the show.
