** All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the Exhibit Hall by WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 29TH at 6pm.

All Exhibitor Shipments must be received at the Advance Warehouse by Friday, October 24, 2025. Any shipments received after Friday, October 24, 2025 will incur a 10% late fee.

NO Direct Shipments to the Rosen Shingle. PREMIER has been informed by the Hotel that they will not accept any shipments prior to the show.

Shipments should arrive between Monday, October 20, 2025 and Friday, October 24, 2025

All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 10% late fee

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, October 24, 2025 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
